Who can apply for NatSciX?
The published eligibility framework is for students currently studying in Grade 10, typically aged 14–16, from CBSE, ICSE, State and other recognised boards across India.
What syllabus should a student prepare?
The official framework is based on Grade 9 concepts. It assesses scientific understanding, aptitude, reasoning and application; it does not directly test Grade 10 content.
Is the exam free?
Yes. The published programme states that individual and school registrations are free, with no registration fee for participation.
What does the highest scholarship cover?
The published top scholarship tier provides 100% tuition-fee waiver and 100% hostel-fee waiver for Grade 11 and 12 at St. Mary’s ISC, subject to the official admission and scholarship conditions.
Does qualifying for the camp guarantee a scholarship?
No. Camp selection creates eligibility, not entitlement. Final scholarships are awarded to the top 40 through a composite evaluation of performance, participation, conduct, discipline and curiosity.
